TradeGod.ai (“TradeGod”, “we”, “us”) runs this pre-launch page so you can join our waitlist and get updates before we open. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email Cameron@tradegod.ai.

What we collect

• The email address you submit through the waitlist form. That’s the only personal information we ask you for.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, our content-delivery network records basic technical request data — including IP address, timestamp, and browser user-agent — to keep the site secure and reliable. We don’t use these logs to build a marketing profile of you.
• We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or any trading-account information on this page.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

With your consent, we use your email address to:

• send you occasional pre-launch updates on our progress, and
• send you your private beta invite and launch discount code when the terminal opens.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see Your choices and rights.

Who processes your data

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores your email address and delivers our emails. When you join, you’re added as a single-opt-in subscriber tagged “pre-launch” — no confirmation email, just the updates you signed up for.
• PostHog (product analytics) is on for this site, running cookieless and privacy-first: served first-party through our own eos.tradegod.ai proxy, with no cross-site cookies, no session recording, no autocapture, and Do-Not-Track honored. It measures anonymous, aggregate page usage only — never linked to your email.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or other non-essential cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. Our analytics are cookieless by design.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — or until the pre-launch program ends and we’ve sent your launch invite, after which we remove waitlist addresses we no longer need. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations, then rotated out.

Your choices and rights

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — using it removes you from the list immediately. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, or California), you may also have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• withdraw your consent, and
• ask us to port it elsewhere.

To exercise any of these, email Cameron@tradegod.ai and we’ll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Where your data is processed

We operate globally. Your email address may be stored and processed by our providers — Kit, and our hosting infrastructure — in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on those providers’ data-transfer safeguards to protect it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. For material changes that affect waitlist subscribers, we’ll note it in an email update.
